Shipping Policy

Some product offers and bundles may offer free shipping. Items that have been ordered and paid for will ship no later than 1 to 3 business days after the transaction is processed unless there is a notification otherwise. Shipping will typically take place through the US Postal Service and they usually deliver products anywhere from 2 to 5 business days. An email will be sent after the transaction is complete to inform you of shipping and tracking information. We may offer free shipping for all products for special promotions from time to time.

International Shipping

At the moment we do not offer international shipping. 

Issues

If there are any problems with your order such as the product not being delivered please review our FAQs and Send us an Email.  If USPS shows the order delivered but you do not have the order you will then file a claim with USPS for the lost package. Instructions can be found in the FAQs.

If you purchased more than one bar and receive a refund, we will send you a shipping label to return the unused bars to us. Once we receive the bars we will refund your original form of payment.

If you didn’t receive your order but USPS says it was "Delivered" all we can do is give you a store credit. However, if USPS says your order wasn’t delivered and you haven’t received it after 20 days we can file a claim and resend you your original order. We will do our best to make things right and resolve any possible issues. Please contact us right away if you haven’t received your order.

If your product has been delivered damaged please get in touch with our customer service department through email within the first 48 hours along with a photo after delivery so we can replace it. Please keep in mind that these are handmade so there may be color and/or shape variations.
