Q: Is Your Eczema Soap Vegan?
A: Our Honey & Oatmeal Eczema soap bar isn’t vegan free as it contains honey. We don’t test our soap on animals nor do they contain animal fats. We use plant-based oils in our soap bar. You can find a full list of the ingredients in the question below.

Q: What Are The Holes On One End Of Your Soap Bar?
A: At Eczema Care Company, our soap bars are handmade and the holes on one end are for aesthetic appeal, designed to mimic that of honeycombs with honey being one of the main active ingredients of the soap. This will slowly melt down as you use the soap, becoming solid. It in no way affects the performance of our natural bar soap.
Q: What If I Don’t Like the Eczema Soap Bar I Ordered?
A: We’re proud of our Honey & Oatmeal Eczema soap bar and we believe that once you try it, you’ll fall in love with it as well. However, we recognize that our soap might not work for every customer, so we’ve made it easy for you to try it out without any risk.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee. It doesn’t matter if you’ve used the bar or not, although we hope you tried it. All we ask is that you send us some honest feedback as to why you’re returning it and if you ordered more than one bar, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the unused bars. Q: What If My Product Arrives Damaged?
A: We pack our soaps carefully in hopes it will arrive in as good condition as we packed it. However, we can’t guarantee once it leaves the facility that it is handled correctly. If you have received a damaged soap bar please contact Customer Service with an image. We will gladly resend you a new bar allowing you to keep the damaged bar. It will still serve its purpose even though it might be ugly to look at. Your satisfaction is our goal.
Q: What Is The Approximate Shelf Life of Your Company’s Soap?
A: We believe once you try our soap that the expiration date will be null and void. However, in the rare instance you don’t use it every day, our Honey & Oatmeal Eczema soap bar has a pretty long shelf life. It is formulated with completely natural ingredients therefore, no unnatural preservatives.
We recommend placing it in a draining soap dish to extend the shelf life when it’s not in use. Since our soap is formulated from a LOT of oils it will “melt” in high humidity or heat. Expiry dates are based on product being kept at room temperature or lower.
Q: Will Your Honey & Oatmeal Eczema Soap Work on Psoriasis, Rosacea, Or Dermatitis?
A: We receive emails and phone calls from customers with chronic, irritated skin problems quite often. We recommend switching to a more natural soap temporarily to see if there’s a difference. We believe what you put on your skin soaks into your body therefore, the more natural the product the better your skin will behave.
We have received feedback from a lot of customers who believe their skin is better now that they’ve made the switch. However, we can’t promise that our soap will help heal your irritated or inflamed skin condition as everyone is different. What works for some might not work for others.

A: When you place an order you’ll receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information so that you can keep track of the status as you wish.
Q: How Long Will It Take My Package To Arrive?
A: Orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 days from receipt of payment. We ship USPS which takes approximately 2-3 business days to arrive once shipped. It depends on your distance from Kansas. Mail delivery may take longer during holiday seasons. You should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of payment. If you haven't received your package within 2 weeks, please contact Customer Service immediately.
